Case Studies - case studies of workers with disabilities and the specific return-to-work plans implemented. Case Studies details individual return-to-work strategies and outcomes. The database includes associated costs of interventions and descriptions of assistive devices, technical aids, and job accommodations.
Disability Management Practices - workplace disability management programs and practices from a cross-section of North American industries. Program development and key program components, operational details, economic and non-economic benefits are detailed. Disability Management Practices is of particular interest to employers or unions planning to initiate or further develop a disability management program.
